Chill n Grill Terms of Service

By clicking the "Book Now" button or proceeding with a rental, you (the "Renter") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your equipment rental booking up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled start time for a full refund.

• Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking, all payments made are non-refundable.

• Agreement: Your completed booking serves as a binding agreement to these terms.

2. Equipment Damage & Liability

The Renter assumes full and total responsibility for the condition of all equipment from the time of pickup/delivery until it is returned to Chill n Grill.

• Liability for Damage: The Renter agrees to pay for any and all damages, loss, or theft of the equipment, regardless of fault or how the damage occurred.

• Assessment of Costs: In the event of damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be determined solely by a professional service provider chosen by Chill n Grill. The Renter agrees to accept this professional estimate as the final and binding cost of damages.

• Payment of Damages: The Renter authorizes Chill n Grill to bill them for the full amount of these incurred costs, payable immediately upon receipt of the professional assessment.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Book Now," you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Cancellation and Equipment Damage policies listed above..
